Am I allowed to apologise for my face in these pics?! I feel I have too. It was sunny, I am relatively new to this outfit post thing and I was stood in the wrong place entirely.
I love this outfit though, a quirky print dress, bright bag and my wonderful new coat from M&S. It’s the perfect outfit for brightening up those dull days, but also for sunny with a chance of showers days! So yeah, if you can ignore my resting bitch face, I promise you a cute outfit!
Just look at the cats! It’s no secret that I am the biggest cat fan and am lamenting over the fact we cannot have a cat in the flat. I saw this dress on the JOY website and I just had to have it! I decided it’s the perfect Saturday outfit for tea and cakes. To make things practical (when we went out for a walk we did get caught in a shower) I added my rather practical but cute Fjallraven Kanken Backpack. This I have raved about before, but honestly I LOVE it.
I also decided to team it with my M&S Raincoat, a lovely long trench affair. Not too heavy but also good for keeping the rain away. I highly recommend in investing in one. My shoes are my fave’s from Clarks, blame Erica for the purchase of these. They are just so comfortable, her recommendation was SO right!
Ok, so despite looking grumpy, I was actually quite happy. Just look at the weather on the day of taking these pics. The basin was sun soaked and warm for the time of the year. Mummy Pond (who took the pics) and I enjoyed some tea and cake on my balcony after, then we went for a walk around Worcester- a perfect Saturday.
Do you like quirky prints on dresses? Do you shop at JOY? Have you discovered the awesome that are Fjallraven Kanken Backpacks yet? Let me know in the comments,
