Now I must admit, I’ve been a bit rubbish on the exercise front of late. Things have been so busy! But Boohoo have tried to tempt me back into running by sending me some wicked BoohooFIT workout gear to get me going.
I’m a huge fan of jazzy prints. My numerous gaudy prints are not particularly loved by Mr W, but for me they are like go faster stripes. PE was crap in school, ugly uniform and I hated working out. So now I’m in a place where I like to wear bright things because I can wear what I want when I exercise. So I was very happy when BoohooFIT sent me bright things to add to my kit stash!
I have been running on and off since settling after moving. But have decided that post holiday that I will be properly tackling the Couch to 5k. With a little help from some C25k podcasts and BoohooFIT I’m hoping it’ll inspire me to keep going.
Geo Print Capri Leggings – BoohooFIT
Edie Off The Shoulder Top – BoohooFIT
Sports Bra – Panache
Trainers – Asics
The print leggings are stretchy and have a high waist, which is very comfortable for working out in. I hate thin waisted leggings as they always dig in during a long run. These don’t they’re wonderfully colourful and so comfy they could be used as PJs if you wanted…
I have fallen in love with the long sleeve because it keeps my arms warm but is still breathable, so I don’t over-heat. I have terrible arthritis in my elbows so always need them covered pretty much (unless it’s like 30C and no breeze). The off the shoulder shape to the top is flattering too.
Overall I’m very impressed with the BoohooFIT range. It’s very affordable, unlike some fitness ranges and offers some great fabrics for working out in. There’s also a wide range of running suitable gear to yoga pants and other sports.
Have you got any new running gear lately? Are you a fan of bright running leggings? Let me know in the comments,
P.S. Thanks to Boohoo for my wonderful BoohooFIT goodies. As ever all words, opinions and photos are my own.
