As I said in yesterday’s post last month I went to an event with Cotton Traders that was all in aid of celebrating the end of summer.
In our goody bags from the event we were given scrapbooks and a winter cosy kit from Cotton Traders. Now admittedly as the PhD hand in happened shortly afterwards I completely forgot about it all and let it fall by the wayside. But recently I have had a little time on my hands (sick day in bed unable to sleep) so I have gotten on with my scrapbook. Although I have made much use for my hot water bottle and mug already π
I used my Cheerz voucher from the #NWmeet to get some of my instagram photos printed, plus the lovely ladies at Cotton Traders got us some of our favourite summer pics printed too! I then grabbed some trusty washi tape and some decorations and got scrapbooking π
I wanted to document our summer get away, which this year mainly involved attending a lot of weddings. I kept some of the place names and confetti from the day so I have stuck those in too. I love that Mr W and I can have our memories of the year in one place. I’ve not finished yet but I shall enjoy working on it in the evenings after work curled up with my trusty Cotton Traders socks and Hot Water Bottle.
I’d just like to say thank you to Cotton Traders for inviting me to your awesome event, it was great to catch up with blogger friends and I loved my goodies!
Are you a scrapbooker? Do you print your photos out or do they remain digital for you? Let me know in the comments,

P.S. I was invited to this event, as ever all opinions are my own.

I love scrapbooking, but I always end up forgetting about them so they stay unfinished.

Oh no that’s a shame! I love mine, hoping to have this current one finished for Valentine’s Day to give to my partner as a present π
The washi tape really makes it look lovely. I like the idea of having a page for each thing so it’s easy to browse later. My scrap books are so messy!
I love washi tape- can make anything pretty!! I’d probably put more on the page if it were a bigger book, but it’s only just over A5!
I have never made a scrapbook but I would love to its such a nice way to remember nice memories. Such a lovely post!
You should definitely give it a go π
I love the idea of scrapbooking but I’ve never done it! I do actually need to find a way to put all of Rose’s first birthday cards in one place plus photos from her party so maybe I will look into doing it this way as your one looks super cute!
I have quite a few scrapbooks of birthday stuff from when I was little. Such a cute thing to put together!
I love scrapbooking! it is so much fun! I cannot wait to see your completed book. xx
It’s so much fun π I can’t wait to show off the final thing!
I think the last scrapbook I made was for my year 8 trip to France – that was 14 years ago lol! I keep memories but I never do anything with them, just stored in a box, but that’s fine for me π xx
I had a memory box but then it became 4 boxes and full of all sorts. Have tried to streamline really!
Those hot water bottle and socks look so warm and nice π
They’re lovely and cosy π
